The annual Jackson County Branch of the NAACP will hold its annual Freedom Fund Banquet, Sunday, October 13 at 5pm at the Country Club of Jackson. Kenneth L. Harris, President and CEO of the Michigan Black Chamber of Commerce will be the keynote speaker.
