POW/MIA Recognition Day. In honor of all that were held or are missing, Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 109 in Jackson is holding a vigil from 3:00 pm Friday until 3:00 pm Saturday. On Friday, a Missing Man Ceremony was held by the chapter.
