Kelli Hoover, Director of City of Jackson Parks, Recreation, Ground and Cemeteries announced several improvement projects will begin this spring. New basketball and tennis courts, playground equipment and wrought-iron fencing will be added to Bloomfield Park on Michigan Avenue. Plans are also being finalized for amenities to be added to Austin Blair Park on Greenwood Avenue.
