State Senator Bruce Caswell outlined his legislative priorities for 2014. He hopes to allocate more state funding for mental health issues, road repairs and property tax reductions. The senator also expressed his opposition to any change in electric utility regulation, as he worked with Senator Mike Nofs on the legislation that currently is in place and feels it is working.
