Sexton Earns Scoring Title for Area Hockey Players

(March 27, 2023 10:23 AM ET) Luke Sexton of Lumen Christi Catholic High School led all scorers in hockey for the season ending earlier in the month.

Sexton, a junior defenseman for the Titans, finished with 14 goals and 17 assists for 31 total points.

Teammate Nash Hanchett finished with 30 points for the Titans – who were 17-8 overall for 2022-2023. 

Jake King scored 17 goals and Josh DuMont tallied 19 assists for LCCHS to lead area hockey players in each category.  

Carson Lacinski led Jackson United with 25 points for the season. JU finished the season with a 10-11 overall record.

Teammate Nick Nau led all goalies with a .924 save percentage.
