Jackson real estate firm The Brokerage House is celebrating their 40th anniversary in business and their new location with a ribbon cutting and Open House on Thursday, March 12. The event will take place from 11 AM to 1 PM at their new offices, 100 South Jackson Street, Suite 102 (The Fields Building) in Downtown Jackson. The ribbon cutting ceremony will be at 12 PM.
Co-owner Jenifer Scanlon invites the community to tour their new offices. “The Brokerage House has served the greater Jackson area for 40 years and Sandy Simmons and I are ecstatic to announce our new location,” said Scanlon. “Our new space couples our commitment to the community with innovation. Please join us in celebrating our new Brokerage House offices.”
The event will include office tours and a lunch by Veritas. “We are so excited to show our new space, close to the heart of Downtown Jackson,” said co-owner Sandy Simmons. “Our company looks forward to serving new and existing clients in the Greater Jackson Area for years to come.”
The new office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. The Brokerage House has instant access to all the Multiple Listing Services, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that their agents need in order to better serve their clients.
The Brokerage House was founded in 1980 by Marianne Moller and Robert Simmons. According to Scanlon, “We’ve built a very successful company on the very simple idea of excellence. Excellent properties, excellent sales associates, and excellent service. Our commitment to excellence extends to the community in our support of the Greater Jackson area.”
