I want to start off by saying thanks to everyone that supported us yesterday in our attempt to offer curbside service in downtown Jackson. I am continually overwhelmed by the love and support shown us by this community. As many of you know our online system failed us yesterday by overselling the amount of pizza we had available. It resulted in many of you being disappointed and not being able to get our pizza.
To the 64 people whose orders we had to cancel, please accept our sincerest apologies. We wish we could have made your pizza. Your orders have already been refunded back to your cards and should show in the next 2-7 business days. Also, please check your email for a coupon in case you would be willing to try us again.
Rest assured that I am working diligently on resolving the issues with online ordering, so this does not happen again. Thank you for your patience as we work to make ordering pizza from Tiki Sam’s better for everyone. We will announce our next curbside pick-up dates soon. Please know we are committed to learning and moving forward to serve you.
