Total Performance Training Center, Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists’ (ORS) 3,000 square foot performance-training facility is now open. The facility is designed for athletes and located inside the ORS Fieldhouse (formerly known as The RAC). This facility is the only place in Jackson where athletes can receive the individualized coaching that will take their performance to the next level. The degreed and certified coaching staff at Total Performance specializes in developing acceleration, quickness, speed, power and overall athleticism. By training these aspects, they are more effective than with conventional equipment.
Included in the center is a 1,500 square foot turf area. With this room coaches and trainers are able to effectively teach athletes acceleration and agility mechanics. Total Performance Training Center is constantly teaching and coaching the movements that’ll help athletes be successful in their sport.
