TRUE Community Credit Union Celebrates Grand Opening of New Parnall Road Branch

(October 20, 2023 10:58 AM ET) TRUE Community Credit Union held a grand opening of its newest branch located at 1309 W Parnall Road in Jackson. Members and staff celebrated with a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, October 18, followed by snacks and refreshments. The TRUECCU team will continue to celebrate the grand opening through Friday, October 27.

With over 2,500 square feet of space, the new branch interior offers more opportunities for in-person interaction and features four drive-thru lanes equipped with enhanced technology, ensuring quick and efficient service for members on the go.

One of the highlights of the new branch is the introduction of TRUE Connect ATM/ITMs. These state-of-the-art machines provide 24/7 access for self-service transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries, just like a traditional ATM. Additionally, during business hours, members have the unique opportunity to connect with a TRUECCU teller via video, offering a personalized and interactive experience.
