Twelve Earn All-State Honors in Softball, Baseball, Soccer

(June 23, 2021 9:58 PM) The honors for local players are pouring in for Jackson County student athletes.

Numerous all-state winners were announced this week in soccer, baseball, and softball.

Members of the three high school coaches’ associations voted on the all-state performers for 2021.

Here is a list of all-state performers from Jackson County. 

Softball

Division 2

Nevaeh Ingram, Northwest, pitcher, first team

Merritt Baker, Western, outfielder, honorable mention

Division 3

Becca Daoust, Napoleon, outfielder, first team

Elisse Omey, Napoleon, third base, honorable mention

Baseball

Division 3

Brady Dalton, Lumen Christi, outfield, honorable mention

Division 4

Isaac O’Dell, Concord, outfield, honorable mention

Soccer

Division 2

Kendall Robertson, Western, goalie, first team

Madi Barnes, Western, forward, third team

Division 3

Ryann Overweg, Springport, midfielder, honorable mention

Division 4

Anna Doane, Lumen Christi, defense, first team

Khiya Hunt, Lumen Christi, midfielder, second team
