Jackson College Announces Dean’s List for Spring 2019 Semester
Jackson College students are recognized each fall, winter and spring semester for high academic achievement by being named to the Dean’s List. The minimum requirements for being named are: Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits during the semester with a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher. Jackson YMCA Trunk or Treat. Halloween Family Fun, downtown Jackson YMCA, 6 PM to 8 PM. This free community event provides a safe trick or treating alternative for kids. There will also be a distribution of kids’ winter hats and mittens free of charge. More than 500 pairs of mittens were handed out last year! 127 West Wesley Street, Downtown Jackson. Halloween at Westwinds. Join us at Westwinds Church for a one-of-a-kind Halloween adventure! Worlds of Pure Imagination: When Books come to Life! will take you on a wondrous journey through some favorite childhood books (while collecting candy along the way). Our event runs from 6-8pm on Thursday, October 31. Come as early as 5pm and join our DJ Willy Wonka-Palooza in the Stockyard (outdoor patio area)!
