The Vandercook Lake High School girls’ varsity competitive cheer team finished third at the Michigan High School Athletic Association Division 4 state finals on Saturday. The cheer finals were moved to the Breslin Student Events Center on the campus of Michigan State University to accommodate more fans based on COVID-19 restrictions. The finals had been held at the DeltaPlex in Grand Rapids in previous seasons.
