(August 3, 2021 12:19 PM) The Jackson County Department of Transportation will close Airport Road to through traffic between Wildwood Avenue and Laurence Avenue on Thursday, August 5, 2021 and Monday, August 9, 2021, weather permitting. Crews will be cutting and removing driveways and performing drainage work in preparation for road construction. Airport Road will reopen at the end of each day.
No detour route will be posted and motorists should seek alternative routes.
