Recently the Jackson-based company was awarded the President’s Award by Direct Energy®. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is part of the Direct Energy family of brands.
The President’s Award is the company’s top award given to its home services brands. To earn this distinction, a team must have a superior customer service score and show significant growth and success. In presenting the award, Direct Energy noted the long history of community service by Aspen One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning.
As a generous and active member of the community, Schultz established a program that donates heating systems to families in need, called Heat for the Holidays. Through this program Schultz has been able to give away over 40 heating systems to Jackson-area families in need over the last 15 years.
“I was always a fix-it kinda guy. So helping people with heating and cooling was a natural fit for me. I believe in a team culture and have very good people around me. We put customer service at the top of everything we do. It’s a honor to be recognized,” said Schultz.
Aspen One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning has been honored for their generosity and community service over the years. In 2012, Gary Schultz and Mark Cesarz, Vice-President, were named Distinguished Citizens of the Year by the Jackson Citizen Patriot.
The experience of Heat for the Holidays is an emotional experience for Schultz, Cesarz and their staff.
