A Visit to Pond Hill Farm
JTV continues our tour of the Harbor Springs area this week with a visit to Pond Hill Farm. Located just north of town along the scenic "Tunnel of Trees", the farm is a popular attraction for school groups, families and foodies. Farmer Jimmy Spencer takes us around the farm: the market, Garden Cafe; livestock barns, greenhouses, vineyard & winery. Jimmy hosts a school group and demonstrates the famous "Squash Rocket", pumpkin bowling and pig races. We see firsthand the farm to table experience at Pond Hill Farm.
