Grass Lake 15, Addison 0 – Brayden Lape, Sal Vitale, and Jacob Collins each had 3 hits at the plate for GLHS in the first game. Walker McKibbin allowed just 2 hits on the mound.

Grass Lake 20, Addison 2 – Jacob Collins finished the second game with an incredible 5-for-5 batting performance and 3 RBIs for the Warriors.

Columbia Central 13, Napoleon 6 – Conor Rentfrow led CC in the first game of the rivalry, finishing 2-for-3 with an RBI and threw 4 strikeouts on the mound.

Columbia Central 16, Napoleon 1 – Nick Wilding went 3-for-3 with 3 RBIs for the Golden Eagles to sweep the rivalry doubleheader.

Hanover Horton 5, Leslie 4 – Five straight runs between the 5th and 6th innings helped the Comets take the second game and sweep the doubleheader. Braylon Sayles finished 3-for-4 with 2 RBIs for HHHS.

SOFTBALL

Homer 12, East Jackson 6

Homer 21, East Jackson 6

Grass Lake 15, Addison 0 – 13 runs in the 4th inning helped GLHS take the first game in a Cascades East-West doubleheader. Morgan Conrad pitched a perfect game for the Warriors, striking out 10 batters in 4 innings with no walks or hits allowed.

Grass Lake 19, Addison 1 – Bree Salts went 4-for-4 batting with 6 RBIs for GL. Nadene Hubbard also went 4-for-4 with 2 RBIs.

Hanover Horton 13, Leslie 5 – A late rally of five runs in the 7th inning helped HH pull away to win the first game. Alexyn DuBois finished 4-for-5 with 3 RBIs for the Comets.

Hanover Horton 17, Leslie 7 – Amanda Ley and Holly Zantop each had three hits for HH to sweep the doubleheader.

Michigan Center 20, Jonesville 5

Michigan Center 24, Jonesville 11

Columbia Central 4, Napoleon 1 – Hailey Wetherby struck out 15 batters in 7 innings for CCHS, Kelsey Fausz finished 2-for-3 at the plate.

Columbia Central 13, Napoleon 3 – Six different Eagles had at least two hits to sweep the rivalry doubleheader.
