Columbia Central 13, Jonesville 1: Dylan Hammond batted 3-3 with 2 RBIs for the Golden Eagles. Hayden Haynes drove in four runs, and Noah Dankert batted two hits with an RBI. Conor Rentfrow struck out 12 batters on the mound and allowed just two hits.
Columbia Central 7, Jonesville 1: Camden Dukate batted 3-4 with 2 RBIs to lead the Golden Eagles to a sweep. Chase Dukate had a strong performance on the mound, striking out 10 batters. CC is now 8-2 overall.
Grass Lake 10, Michigan Center 0: Noah Orban threw a no-hitter in his 5.2 innings pitched to lead the Warriors in game one, while striking out 11 batters. Collin Knight, Noah Orban, and Chase Laughlin each batted two hits.
Grass Lake 6, Michigan Center 2: GL’s 5-0 lead after the first inning helped take a conference doubleheader sweep at home on Friday. Gavin Killinger and Noah Orban each batted two hits to lead the Warriors. GL is now 9-1 overall.
Napoleon 23, Manchester 2: 11 runs from the Pirates in the 5th inning helped force a mercy rule in the first of two blowout wins on the road. Grant Straub batted a whopping five hits with three RBIs to lead Napoleon. Brady McLain and Zavier Skog each added three hits. Tyler Nall earned the pitching win, throwing eight strikeouts and allowed just one hit.
Napoleon 17, Manchester 1: Napoleon scored 13 runs in the 2nd inning to help force a 3-inning mercy rule and sweep the Dutch. Tristen Russell and Tyler Nall each batted two hits for the Pirates. Russell also earned a win on the mound, throwing seven strikeouts and just one hit allowed. Napoleon improves to 5-4 overall.
Lumen Christi 7, Northwest 3: Jack Fitzpatrick batted 3-4 to lead the Titans in the single non-league game. Wes Learned added two hits and an RBI. LC improves to 7-2 overall.
Parma Western 18, Charlotte 5: Andrew Parrott drove in five runs on four hits to lead the Panthers in game one. Chase Budd added three hits and three RBIs.
Parma Western 7, Charlotte 6: Isaiah Norwood hit a walkoff RBI single in the 7th inning to lift the Panthers to a win and a sweep over Charlotte. Norwood was one of three to have two hits for Western in game two. Western remains undefeated at 8-0-1 overall.
Hanover Horton 10, Concord 4: Blake Griffis and Cameron Sherwood each batted two hits for the Comets in game one.
Hanover Horton 7, Concord 3: Weston Dick batted 2-3 with 2 RBIs to lead HH to a non-conference sweep. The Comets are now 5-4 overall.
Jackson College 9, St. Clair CCC 1: Jaxon Copas, Sebastian Nelson, and Donovan Mattimore each batted two hits to lead the Jets in game one. Luke Micunek took the pitching win, striking out nine batters.
Jackson College 9, St. Clair CCC 2: Landon Devaney batted 3-4 to help lead the Jets to a sweep on Friday. Jackson Watkins drove in four runs on two hits. JC is now 19-13 on the season.

Columbia Central 11, Jonesville 0: Bella Knapp and Raell Bice each batted three hits to lead the Golden Eagles. Kelsey Fausz and Hailey Wetherby each added two hits, Wetherby also earned the pitching win.
Columbia Central 17, Jonesville 2: Hailey Wetherby delivered again for the Golden Eagles, batting 3-3 with 5 RBIs in the sweep of the Comets. Bella Knapp batted 3-4 with 3 RBIs. CC remains unbeaten and is now 10-0.
Grass Lake 11, Michigan Center 1: Lily McVicker, Makenzie Hilberer and Morgan Conrad each batted three hits to lead the Warriors in game one. Chloe Hollifield and Kayleigh Hilberer each added two hits, and Kennedy Collins drove in four runs.
Grass Lake 9, Michigan Center 0: Leilah Smith and Lily McVicker each batted three hits, and Smith added three RBIs to lead the Warriors in the sweep. Chloe Hollifield and Aubrey Demosiuk each added two hits. Morgan Conrad struck out six batters and allowed just one hit in the circle. GL remains unbeaten at 9-0 overall.
Napoleon 4, Manchester 1: Kaitlyn Fall had a strong performance in the circle to lead the Pirates, throwing 10 strikeouts. Haven Marker batted two hits with an RBI.
Napoleon 3, Manchester 2: A walkoff 2-RBI double from Hayden Rendall won it for the Pirates as they swept the Dutch in both softball and baseball. Five different players combined for Napoleon’s five hits. Kaitlyn Fall had another exceptional pitching performance, striking out 11 batters. Napoleon is now 5-4 overall.
Springport 13, Quincy 0: Morgan Shoemaker and Devan Lowe each batted two hits to lead the Spartans. Shoemaker also earned the pitching win, throwing nine strikeouts and allowed just two hits.
Springport 16, Quincy 8: Ashlyn Underhill and Brooklyn Love each batted four hits to help lead the Spartans to a sweep over the Orioles. Three other players batted two hits for Springport. SHS remains unbeaten and is now 6-0 overall.

BC Harper Creek 6, Northwest 0
Parma Western 8, BC Pennfield 0: Western controlled play throughout the night, outshooting Pennfield 18-0 and winning via mercy rule. Lola Berdiner led the offensive effort with a hat trick, while Jordan Goolsby added two goals. Additional goals were scored by Emma Paquin, Gabby Zuniga, and Madison Brandt. Western is still undefeated at 6-0 and will host #6 ranked Plymouth Christian Academy on Monday.

TRACK & FIELD
Ralph Rice Invite at Parma Western: The defending D2 state champ and host Western took home first place in the boys race, with a team total of 118. Hanover Horton tied for 5th place and Northwest finished in 7th out of 13 schools. In the girls race, Olivet took home first place with the Western girls placing second. The Napoleon girls finished in 4th place and Grass Lake took 6th. Full results here.
