Jackson 9, Lansing Eastern 0: Four different Vikings batted two hits in the five-inning game. Joseph Walraven earned the win on the mound, throwing eight strikeouts.
Jackson 12, Lansing Eastern 2: Eric Lopez batted 4-4 with an RBI to lead the Vikings to a sweep. Malachi McClain added three hits and two RBIs. Jackson improves to 9-13 overall.
Michigan Center 4, Hanover Horton 3: The Cardinals scored the leading run in the fifth inning, and held on to win game one of a rescheduled doubleheader. Three different players combined for MC’s three hits.
Michigan Center 4, Hanover Horton 3: The Comets rallied with three runs in the sixth inning, but came up just short by one run again in game two. Brennan Forward and Hunter Frederickson each batted two hits for the Cardinals, and Landon Sharp earned the pitching win. MC is now 7-8 overall.
Lumen Christi 11, Bronson 5: LC scored six runs in the 6th inning to surge past the Vikings in game one. Paul Sattler led the lineup, batting 3-4 with 2 RBIs. Six other Titans batted two hits each, including three RBIs from both Wes Learned and Benny Gaston.
Lumen Christi 14, Bronson 2: Brennan Brogan’s big game led the Titans to a non-conference sweep. Brogan batted 4-4 with 4 RBIs. Paul Sattler added three hits, and Wes Learned added two hits. The #3-ranked LC improves to 13-5 overall.
Parma Western 5, Olivet 2: The Panthers won a non-conference single game at home in a battle between two of the state’s best in division two. Western scored four runs in the first inning to set the tone. Chase Budd and Luke Herrington each batted two hits for WHS. Elijah Norwood earned the win on the mound with six strikeouts and just two hits allowed. #17 Western is now 14-1-1.
Vandercook Lake 10, Reading 4: Seven different players combined for the Jayhawks’ seven hits in game one. Hunter Kurzynowski earned the win for VCL.
Vandercook Lake 9, Reading 0: Justin Barnes and David Arbogast each batted two hits for the Jayhawks as they swept the Rangers. Arbogast had an exceptional pitching performance, throwing a complete game with 11 strikeouts and allowing just one hit. VCL improves to 7-11 overall.

Concord 11, Sand Creek 10: The Yellowjackets scored three runs in the 7th inning to help push past the Aggies in game one. Mya Barrett batted 4-5 with 2 RBIs to lead Concord. Jordyan Metcalf batted 3-5 with 3 RBIs, and earned the win in the circle with 10 strikeouts. Hayley Stimer and Marissa Mandrell each added three hits. Concord splits the DH and is now 7-5 overall.
Sand Creek 8, Concord 3
Springport 15, East Jackson 0: The Spartans scored all 15 runs in the first inning to roll past EJ in game one. Devan Lowe and Kendall Petrak each batted two hits for Springport.
Springport 21, East Jackson 4: Springport won game two by another three inning mercy rule as they swept the Trojans at home. Mykah Shoemaker and Kendall Petrak led the lineup with two hits each, nine different players batted at least one hit. Springport is now 13-3 overall.
Lumen Christi 15, Wixom St. Catherine 0: Mallory Arcaro batted two hits for the Titans. Bree Okoniewski drove in three runs, and Alison Furnas and Lucy Wrozek each drove in two runs. Bella Wrozek threw a no-hitter in the three-inning mercy rule, striking out eight batters.
Lumen Christi 17, Wixom St. Catherine 0: LC batted just six hits the entire second game, but scored 10 runs in the first inning to sweep SCA at Jackson College. Six different Titans combined for the six hits. Bree Okoniewski and Alison Furnas each drove in two runs. #7 ranked LC is now 12-3-1 overall.

Parma Western 8, Northwest 0: The 8th-ranked Panthers swept all singles and doubles against the rival Mounties. It was also senior night for 10 members of the PWHS team. The win improves the team’s overall record to 13-3-1 on the season and 5-0 in conference play.
