Hanover-Horton 68, Addison 49: The Comets enjoyed a win at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit Wednesday afternoon. Luke Soper scored 18 points, J.J. Russ finished with 14 points, and John Wallbaum added nine points for the Hanover-Horton.
Jackson Christian 48, Pittsford 30: J.D. Locke scored 24 points in the win for Jackson Christian.
Galesburg-Augusta 60, Springport 54: The Spartans lost a non-conference matchup Wednesday night.
Girls Basketball
Grass Lake 43, Columbia Central 27: Kate Starkey scored 18 points setting a new school record for most made free throws with 187. Reese Lape added 14 points and eight rebounds for Grass Lake. Gabby Gaydosh scored seven points for CCHS.
Homer 50, Napoleon 47 (OT): Alivia Warner scored 30 points and pulled down 14 rebounds in the win for Homer.
Manchester 56, Vandercook Lake 18: Manchester earned a Cascades Conference win against Vandercook Lake Wednesday night.
Wrestling
D2 Team District at Jackson: Northwest defeated Jackson 53-28 in the semifinal round but lost to Western 39-30 in the district final. Thomas Fall (126), Evan Beuerle (138), Blaine Anspaugh (144), Jack Edwards (150) Juan Asta (157), Parker Lindgren (165), Williams Billinghurst (190), and Aidyn Williams (285) earned pins for Northwest in the semifinal win. Shea Haehnle (175), Jayden Roy (215), and Eden Nguyen (120) earned pins for Jackson in the loss. Connor Wojton 9138), Josh Corts (190), Reed Myers (215), and Brayden Goldsmith (120) earned pins for Western in the win over Northwest in the district final. Western advances to the D-2 regional Feb. 12 in a yet-to-be-determined location.

D3 Team District at Michigan Center: Napoleon High School defeated Stockbridge 53-30 in the district semifinal and Michigan Center 51-9 in the final. Michigan Center defeated Grass Lake 36-23 in the other semifinal. Izayah Scott (106) and John Sleight-Zelenick (144) earned pins for the Pirates in the semifinal against Stockbridge. Zavior Skog (165), Dallas Smith (215), Carson Lovett (285), and Logan Hartman (132) earned pins in the district final. Davion King (190) earned a win for Michigan Center in the final. Napoleon advances to the Division 3 regional next Wednesday.
D4 Team District at Lumen Christi: Lumen Christi defeated East Jackson in the district semifinal but lost to Leslie 64-9 in the district final. Leslie defeated Vandercook Lake in the district semifinal.
Lumen Christi Catholic High School advanced to the Division 4 district team wrestling final with a win over Vandercook Lake.

Homer 26, Columbia Central 4: Christopher Holcomb finished with a 342 series for CCHS at JAX 60. Hunter Betz rolled a 387 series for the Trojans.
Girls Bowling
Homer 26, Columbia Central 4: Alexis Henry finished with a 399 series for Columbia Central. Callie Patrick rolled a 320 series for Homer.
Hockey
Dexter 7, Jackson United 2: Brennan Forward and Hayden Haynes scored for Jackson United. Jonah Hughes stopped 27 shots in goal for JU.

Spring Arbor 84, Indiana Wesleyan 75: Gabe Newhof scored 27 points, Shane Rykse finished with 21 points, and Travis Grayson tallied 19 points for SAU in the home win.
Jackson College 66, Oakland Community College 61: The Jets trailed 30-26 at halftime but earned a come-from-behind win at home Wednesday. Jackson earned its third win of the season in the process. The Jets travel to Wayne County Community College at 3 p.m. Saturday.

Jackson College 96, Oakland Community College 71: The Jets are now 17-5 overall and 7-1 in the Michigan Community College Athletic Association with the home win. Jackson travels to Wayne County Community College Saturday for a 1 p.m. tipoff.
Indiana Wesleyan 62, Spring Arbor 58: Emma Smieska scored 20 points and Alana Nelson added 15 points for Spring Arbor in the loss. SAU is now 15-8 overall, 8-5 in Crossroads League action.
