VOLLEYBALL
Western 3, Hastings 0: Despite the slow start, the Panthers were able to sweep the Saxons 25-15, 25-15 and 25-19. Ella Wilcox led WHS with 12 kills, 2 digs and 2 blocks. Madi Redovich added 19 assists and 4 digs, and Izzy Schlundt had 12 kills.
Lumen Christi 3, Allen Park Cabrini 0: The Titans swept Cabrini at home on Wednesday in a Catholic League victory.
Huntington 3, Spring Arbor Univ. 2: The Cougars rallied after being down 2-0 to force a fifth set, but came up short 22-20. SAU is now 16-5 and hosts #22 Marian next Wednesday.

GIRLS GOLF
Western at Olivet (The Medalist GC): Western traveled to The Medalist in Marshall for the Olivet 8-man scramble and came home champions, finishing 1st out of 13 teams with a combined score of 256. Genevieve Davis and Grace Smith each shot an 84 including nine pars to lead the Panthers.
