An area of low pressure will track through the region today and tonight. This system will result in locally heavy snowfall…especially near the lakeshore impacting travel. Another low pressure system arrives for Friday night into Saturday. As a result additional snowfall is forecast. The arctic airmass is forecasted to continue through the end of the week.
