(5-1-2025, 11:25AM): 2019 Jackson High School graduate and Saginaw Valley State University linebacker Micah Cretsinger has a chance to earn an NFL roster spot.
Cretsinger was invited to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie mini camp earlier this week, after being undrafted last week at the 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay.
Saginaw Valley State University Head Football Coach Ryan Brady said in a press release on svsucardinals.com: “We’re all very excited for Micah! We know this has been Micah’s dream, and now he has a tremendous opportunity ahead. I am very proud of Micah and everything he has done at SVSU. Now, he has a new challenge to tackle in the NFL. We wish Micah all the best moving forward. Go ‘Earn It’ Micah! We love you.”
Cretsinger finished his collegiate career with five all-american honors, and the 2024 GLIAC Defensive Back of the Year. NFL rookie mini camp runs May 9th-11th.
