Jackson College Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony. 5 PM. Jackson College invites the community to a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday, Feb. 16, at 5 p.m., celebrating the opening of the new Applied Technology Center on Central Campus. The event will include brief remarks and light refreshments. After the ribbon-cutting ceremony College and community members, including local industry partners, are invited to an Industry Open House and tour the new facility. Winter Lacrosse Workouts for Youth and New Players. 5:30 PM. New to lacrosse or still building confidence on the field? Our **Winter Lacrosse Workouts** are the perfect way to learn, grow, and have fun during the off-season—no experience needed! These sessions focus on the **basics**, skill-building, and teamwork in a positive, supportive environment where players can learn at their own pace. What players will work on: Fundamental stick skills. Footwork, balance & coordination. Age-appropriate strength & conditioning. Game basics taught in a fun, encouraging way. This is a great opportunity for kids to stay active, make friends, and fall in love with the game while building confidence for the spring season. Mondays at Al Glick Indoor Fieldhouse, 5:30-7 pm.
