Soylent Green:  Beyond the Stars Film Series.  7 PM.  This screening is part of “Beyond the Stars: A Sci-Fi Film Journey,” our film series for dreamers and explorers. Dive into the dystopian future of Soylent Green, a gripping sci-fi thriller set in an overpopulated, resource-depleted world. Directed by Richard Fleischer and starring Charlton Heston and Edward G. Robinson, the film explores themes of environmental collapse, societal control, and the dark secrets behind the synthetic food source known as “Soylent Green.” A chilling reflection on humanity’s potential future, this film remains a poignant and thought-provoking classic. Full bar and concessions available for purchase.  Don’t miss this unforgettable evening of cinema at the Michigan Theatre of Jackson. Secure your tickets at the door!
