Baseball Regional

Clinton 10, Lumen Christi 2: The game was resumed at Lumen Christi Catholic High School in the top of the fifth inning following a heavy rain storm on Wednesday. Garrett Swan hit a two-run homer for the Titans to pull within 5-2 in the top of the sixth inning. But Clinton responded with five runs in the bottom of the inning. Lumen Christi finished the season with a 20-10-2 record. Clinton advances to play Lenawee County Athletic Association foes Hudson at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday at Adrian College for the regional championship. 

Softball

Grass Lake 10, Coldwater 7: The Warriors scored nine times in the top of the seventh inning to win the non-conference matchup. Rylee Fitzpatrick hit a home run and knocked in four runs. Bree Salts finished with three hits and two RBIs and Emily Brown finished with three hits for Grass Lake (36-3).
