Michigan Reports 33,551* Coronavirus Cases, State Total Now 1,866,267

(January 21, 2022 5:19 PM)  Michigan reported 33,551* coronavirus (COVID-19) positive test cases today, with the state reported total now at 1,866,267.

Michigan is reporting 210** COVID-19-related deaths today with the state total at 29,190.  

*Note on cases (01/21/2022): Today’s daily case count represents new referrals of confirmed cases to the MDSS since the last web update report.  Over the two days (Thursday and Friday), the average number of new confirmed cases is ~16,776 per day.
