JTV Sports’ nineteenth season of High School Football coverage begins at the end of this month. Since JTV began coverage of High School Sports in 2000, nearly 50,000 high school student-athletes have appeared in over 3,000 games telecast on JTV.

JTV offers complete game coverage, as well as programs like The Locker Room, Aspen One-Hour Football Show, Thursday Night Hoops and other specials. JTV has earned the distinction of being “The World Leader in Local High School Sports Television.”

Each week during the regular and post-season, JTV covers 3 to 4 games, with play-by-play and color commentators, instant replays, graphics and several in-game features. Games played throughout the week air Saturday and Sunday in rotation at 1, 3, 7 and 9pm on JTV and JTV.TV.

JTV’s award-winning sports programming includes online video highlights and features throughout the season on JTV.TV.  Additional content online includes Orthopedic Rehab Specialist Photo Galleries, which last year presented over 15,000 photos from high school games and events.

The JTV Sports announcing team includes veteran commentators Joel Freehling, Josh Burgett, Gabriel Schray, Bobby Lee, Jim Francis, Dan Gallagher and Larry Jacobson. The infamous Pat O’Dowd will return for his second season and Grass Lake student David Rice will also be joining JTV as an official announcer and live stream operator for the fall season.

JTV is an available channel on Roku, Amazon Fire, and Apple TV;  all games will be available via these apps at the same times.  JTV can also be viewed online 24/7 at www.jtv.tv. JTV and JTV Sports programming has been available on Comcast Channel 90, AT&T U-Verse Channel 5380 and WOW!  Cable Channel 161 throughout South Central Michigan for almost two decades now.
