An area of high pressure in Minnesota will track southeast today into the Central Appalachians tonight. This system will provide the region with fair weather. Another cold front will track down for early next week resulting in unsettled weather.

Today: Sunny. Highs in the upper 70s. Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight:  Mostly clear. Lows in the mid 50s. Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph becoming west overnight.

Sunday:  Mostly sunny. Highs in the lower 80s. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph.

Sunday Night:  Partly cloudy in the evening, then mostly cloudy with a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms overnight. Lows in the lower 60s. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph.

Monday:  Mostly cloudy with a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs in the lower 80s. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph.
