Jackson, Michigan– The Warriors lost the first contest 11-3 and won the second 12-7. Grass Lake took the lead late in the second game, after a six run inning in the fifth. Manchester scored five runs in the fourth inning, but the Warriors were undeterred.

Manchester had two home runs in the second contest. Grass Lake had nine total hits in the second contest. Anna Lockridge, Peterson, and Chance Macomber all managed multiple hits for Grass Lake. According to grasslakewarriors.com, Lockridge went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead the team in hits.

Manchester totaled 19 hits in the two contests. Grass Lake finished with 18 total.
