Michigan Center 46, Napoleon 14: Braylon Brown scored 4 touchdowns on senior night (and homecoming) to lead the Cardinals, they remain undefeated at 8-0. MC has now won the Cascades-East division and will host Hanover Horton next Saturday (10/25) for the conference championship game, kickoff time is TBD.
Hanover Horton 46, Addison 0: The Comets pitch a shutout at home and clinch outright the Cascades-West division. Austyn Hocter rushed for 153 yards and 4 touchdowns on just 8 carries for the Comets, Kolin Griffiths and JJ Russ also scored TDs. HH travels to Michigan Center next Saturday for the Cascades Conference championship.
Springport 35, Union City 34: After trailing by 13 to start the 4th quarter, the Spartans rallied and survived to stay undefeated at 8-0 and clinch the Big 8 Conference title. QB Gibson Overweg finished 18/22 passing for 276 yards and 3 touchdowns. Tucker Wiginton scored 2 TDs and Dallas Higelmire rushed for 156 yards. Springport and Michigan Center are still the two teams left unbeaten in Jackson County.
Jonesville 46, Vandercook Lake 7: John Milks rushed for 167 yards and 3 touchdowns to lead the Comets. QB Carson Young passed for three TDs on just 10 pass attempts, Jonesville (5-3) will travel to Manchester (5-3) next week in the 3rd place Cascades Conference crossover.
Stockbridge 64, Sand Creek 32: Brandon Hamlett led the Panthers, rushing for 295 yards and 6 touchdowns. QB Noah Sandecki rushed for 122 yards and a TD. Stockbridge rushed for over 500 yards total.
Millington 55, Leslie 26: Leslie QB Joel Cranmore passed for 310 yards and ran in 2 touchdowns. Braydin Johnson finished with 154 receiving yards for the Blackhawks.
Columbia Central 56, Homer 14: Cyler Neelis rushed for 2 touchdowns for the Golden Eagles. QB Conor Rentfrow threw for 153 yards and 2 TDs. CC is now 5-3 overall and will face rival Napoleon for the second time next week in the conference crossover.
Adrian Lenawee Christian 63, Concord 28: Trenton Frazer rushed for a school record 360 yards for the Yellowjackets, 360 is the record between both 11-man history and 8-man for Concord High School.
