A deep low pressure system tracking east across central Canada , well north of Lake Superior this morning will more than anything else gusty winds and warmer temperatures.
Two cold fronts trail this system, the first cold front comes through late this afternoon then the second during the mid morning hours of Thursday. The second front brings in the coldest air since early in January so temperatures will fall during the day into the teens by evening. Snow showers will be widespread but accumulations will be light. Lake enhanced snow showers will continue into Friday afternoon. High pressures will end the snow by evening but a storm system moving through Michigan over the weekend may bring a significant widespread snowfall to the entire State of Michigan.
