A storm system tracking northward across Lake Michigan today will push a cold front through the area this morning. Expect a period of showers and even an isolated thunderstorm with the passage of that cold front. This is a strong cold front so once it is through we will see temperatures falling during the afternoon with gusty winds. Today: Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly before 2pm. Mostly cloudy, with a temperature rising to near 66 by 10am, then falling to around 59 during the remainder of the day. Breezy, with a south wind 16 to 22 mph becoming west southwest in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 34 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
