(March 24, 2023 11:20 AM ET) The Jackson County Fair announced today that country music star Russell Dickerson with special guest Jameson Rodgers will perform on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at the Jackson County Fair. About Russell Dickerson:   A dynamic frontman who lifts crowds up on his own wild-eyed energy, with a near superhuman ability to translate fluttering hearts into musical notation, Russell Dickerson is a powerhouse showman and superstar on the rise. After graduating from Nashville’s Belmont University, Dickerson hit the road. Wielding an independent spirit and a rich vocal – plus a drive to succeed and an SUV – he’d pack up and head out with his self-written songs. “I told myself ‘I’m just gonna keep going,’” Dickerson explains.
