Update:  Laurie shares her recipe for "bait" treats used in dog show competitions:  Cathy Drummond's Irresistible Dog Show Bait.  Mix in food processor until smooth:  1 cup flour, 1 cup cornmeal, 1/4 cup wheat germ, 3/4 cup water, 1 pound liver (organic calf, cow or chicken), 1 teaspoon garlic powder.  Pour into a greased 9x12 pan.  Bake at 325-350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.  Cool and cut into dog bite sized squares.
