Boys basketball Britton Deerfield 56, East Jackson 46: Austin McKessy tallied 15 points and four steals and Devon Neely added 10 points for the Trojans at home on Tuesday. Grand Ledge 55, Jackson 42: Ben Malone scored 13 points for the Viking in the non-conference home game. Northwest 59, Eaton Rapids 43: The Mounties made 20-of-24 free throws in the non-conference win. Briston Armstrong scored 17 points, Duncan Moffitt tallied 12 points, and Ian Weller added 10 point for Northwest (3-2). Leslie 61, Grass Lake 39: Brayden Lape scored nine points, and Blake Stark and Jacob Colesa each tallied seven points for the Warriors. Ella Sharp Museum Exhibit. Diane Washington and Ella Sharp Museum present "Bringing the Village to Life: The YPOP Explorers-Young People of Purpose Story". Exhibit and program support comes from American 1 Credit Union. What started out as a way to introduce art to youth has become a community outreach movement: YPOP (Young People of Purpose). The exhibition, Bringing the Village to Life: The YPOP Story, now open at Ella Sharp Museum and shares the story of Jackson’s Diane Washington and the YPOP organization. Porch Leaner Craft. 4 PM to 7 PM. Not so Shabby, Oh so Chic. Come and create your own Porch Leaner for the upcoming Spring/Summer or everyday occasion for your business, garden, or home. Cost us $50.00 which includes dinner from Kibby Cobb and beverages. 2624 Kibby Road, Jackson. Weekly Food Drop. 2 PM to 4 PM.
