Wrestling East Jackson Quad: Napoleon defeated Grass Lake (66-6) and East Jackson (65-18) in a Cascades Conference quad at EJHS. Deegan Herman (125) earned a pin for Napoleon against Grass Lake and Jack Reid (189) earned the only pin for the Warriors. The Pirates earned six pins against the Trojans. Joseph Patrick (135) and Dylan Osborne (215) earned the only contested wins for East Jackson. Michigan Center defeated Grass Lake 60-12 and East Jackson 53-29 to start the Cascades Conference season with a 2-0 start. Addison, Manchester, Napoleon, and Michigan Center are all 2-0 in the league. Homer Tri-meet: Concord lost to Homer (70-12) and Madison (66-9) on Wednesday night. Collin Thompson (135) and Phillip Horrell each earned pins over Homer. Thompson and Ethan Rose won matches against Madison. Jackson Tri-meet: Jackson defeated Monroe 42-34 and Ypsilanti 72-0 at home on Wednesday. The Vikings wrapped up the win against Monroe with a pin by Jaylon Riggins in the last match at 171 pounds.
