A Cooler Sunday

Cool weather is expected today through Tuesday. Temperatures will likely stay in the 60s for highs both today and especially on Monday. We will warm slightly into the lower 70s for Tuesday.  Normal high temperatures for this time of year are in the lower 80s, so we will be well below normal. Scattered showers are expected today through Monday with an isolated thunderstorm possible as well. Any storms should mainly occur during the afternoon hours. Today:  Partly sunny. Sunny, Cooler and Breezy

A cool airmass will gradually continue to filter into the Great Lakes region over the next few days. Highs today will reach the lower 70s, be near 70 on Sunday and top out in the middle to upper 60s on Monday. Normal highs are in the lower 80s this time of year so we are well below normal. Partly to occasionally mostly cloudy skies can be expected the next few days with isolated showers. Each afternoon a thunderstorm will be possible as well. Today:  Mostly sunny, with a high near 74. Rainy Start, Drying Out this Afternoon

A cold front will push south through the area this morning bringing rounds of showers and thunderstorms. Cooler and less humid air will filter in behind the front this evening and tonight. Lows tonight will dip into the upper 50s with highs on Saturday only making it to around 70 degrees. The cooler conditions will persist into Sunday as well with highs around 70 once again. After a dry night tonight, small chances for showers and a scattered thunderstorm return to the forecast for the weekend. Possible Showers and Thunderstorms

A cold front currently stretches from western Minnesota south to northeast Nebraska. A warm front stretched from central Wisconsin southeast to near Chicago. Thunderstorms were developing over Iowa and Wisconsin and moving toward Lower Michigan. The next 24-30 hours will be stormy until the cold front passes through the state Friday. Several days of cooler weather will follow with highs in the lower to mid 70s over the weekend. Today:  Mostly sunny until midday then becoming partly sunny. Scattered showers and thunderstorms. We’ll have several opportunities for showers and thunderstorms during the next few days. Thunderstorms are expected late tonight and again Thursday night ahead of a cold front. Thursday will be the warmest day with highs in the mid 80s, and then a slow cooling trend will result in highs in the lower 70s by Sunday. Today:  Mostly sunny. Highs in the upper 70s. Light winds. Very comfortable early summer weather is under way across Lower Michigan. Highs in the lower 70s are expected with low humidity followed by lows tonight in the lower 50s. Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms will be possible today and Tuesday as cooler air filters into the region. Otherwise, partly sunny conditions will hold for many areas. After a dry day Wednesday, thunderstorms may move into the region Wednesday night through Thursday night. Another possibility for storms exists late in the weekend. A few areas may get wet today and tonight with some storms popping up across the area, but many areas will stay dry. The better chance for thunderstorms comes later Saturday when some severe weather is possible.
